Description
featuring her OC Lil Julio Sa (on the left) dancing with Konan (on the right) from Naruto. She asked me to draw them as King Endymion (Lil Julio Sa) and Neo Queen Serenity (Konan) dancing in the Crystal Tokyo Palace. This is based on the old Sailor Moon series from the '90s, as well as outfit and castle designs from the original Sailor Moon manga.
This is my first real attempt at creating a nice digital painting, and yes critique is welcomed, but please be gentle! 
I'm SO sorry it took me so long to complete this! I truly apologize, but I hope you like how it turned out! I really enjoyed working on this, and I enjoyed the challenge of working with digital media, even though I'm not used to it.

Technique ImpactThe background is very beautiful, I love the reflection of it on the floor as well. I can see that you puts lots of work into it.
Your lines are also nice and clean, as well as proper pressure use.
There are a few anatomical flaws, the first being her arm which widens too much after the elbow. The man's over all facial structure and neck look odd to me, but I can't exactly pinpoint what it is exactly, maybe just over all too wide with the neck too over extended.
You should also work on your ears as well, as they are a bit of an odd snape, as well as the males feet. The girls feet are great, but are a bit odd looking with no bottom part of the shoe aside from at the heels and toes, there should still be shoe shown at the bottom of the foot, even if it is a heel styled shoe.
The draping and the shading of the fabric is great. Though if you want to advance your colouring even further try looking at these sources;
